Our Mission
We make timeless t-shirts and socks that are high-quality, eco-friendly, price-conscious, and makes you look great while saving the planet.
Founded in 2020, we are definitely not the first (or last) T-shirt brand to come from Sweden. But we might be the most sustainable.
The T-shirt is arguably one of the most versatile, trend-resistant, and seasonless pieces of clothing.
But take a good hard look at your white tee’s. Not looking as fresh as you thought… right?
With Sweden leading the rise of fast-fashion, why can’t it lead the fall, and rise of slow, ethical fashion? Most of us have gotten used to t-shirts that only last a couple of washes.
This is what led us to founding Swetees.
We don’t want to pay $89 for a T-shirt just because it has a brand logo on it.
And we don’t want to pay $7 for a t-shirt, to save a few dollars because it was made with questionable ethics or will look worn out after two washes.
We wanted to find the sweet spot between sustainability, ethics, quality and price, and we believe we’ve found it.
Just one more thing...
All our cotton clothes are GOTS-certified, made responsibly by a top-notch factory, and are 100% traceable back to the farm where the organic cotton was grown.
We are pretty proud of that.
But here is the truth: It is impossible to make physical goods while being 100% sustainable.
So, we are always taking meaningful steps towards reducing our carbon footprint even further. Even if we know our t-shirts and socks will never save the world… We can help by dressing people who can – like YOU.
